Bolts & Nuts are manufactured from Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Austentic & Ferratic Stainless Steel & Monel, according to ASTM specification in different grades as well as per IS, ISO 4.6,6.6, 8.8. 10.9, DIN and BS applicaion.

Raw materials are purchased from known mills. Only after check analysis, we process. And we supply our materials with our test Certificates showing Chemical and Physical Property and dimensions. We have Universal Testing Machines - UTS 40 Tons and UTS 60 Tons, Impact Testing Machine, Hardness Tasters, M. P. Testing (Can arrange Ultrasonic Test) Ring and Plug Thread gauges.

Manufacture of Hexagon Head, Square, Round, Socket, 12 Point products in accordance with industry standards or customer designs, is backed by an in-house tool room facility for the production of forging dies to accommodate every need.

However small or large the requirement, we are fully equipped to take orders from initial drawing or specification to finished forged parts quickly and in time to meet the shortest of lead times.

We do also forge semi-finished products for stock to support a positive stocking philosophy.
